Many, many vehicle dwellers usually result as a last-attempt to down-size a house or apartment to whatever will fit in the family vehicle. If living in the continental United States or Canada living in one’s vehicle and moving from city to campground, campground to national park, and from there or to a beach is the way to go. |
| Spaces – These mobile adventurers have been discovering that this way of life can be turned into an amazing experience for those who enjoy traveling, enjoy the outdoors, or a constantly changing environment.
At “La Rumorosa Villages” we offer for a space to park your home-on-wheels whether you are a passer-by or are thinking on becoming a resident. Each space area is carefully planned to provide for plenty of room between neighbors, for bath / restrooms in near by, and with the freedom to adjust things around in order to make the space you own. |

Showers / Restrooms – We are taking great pride in offering for a comfortable, safe, and clean experience. Showers and restroom will be getting cleaned daily and checked several times a day. Any tenant or visitor causing any damage or mess in these areas will be black-listed.
We are committed to maintaining the highest of sanitation standards and we are also going on and beyond to offer private baths for those most needed, occasional bubble baths after a long cross-country journey or after an stressful day. An attendant will always be on the premises ready to assist with supplies and to maintain safety. |
| Security – Parking on the street and spending the night in an industrial area or not so good neighborhood is not the funnest of experiences for the mobile dweller.
We are happy to offer a security team at our villages where a combination of policies, cameras, and foot / golf cart patrols will ensure that safety is not one issue that our residents have to worry about. We want to become the standard in safety and amiability for other communities to follow. Specialized service dogs will be used to detect any drugs in the premises and offenders will be black-listed and removed from the village. |

Repairs – A non-operational mobile-home is a show stopper. For this purpose all villages will have their own mechanic shop and on-site mechanic assistance to help with any vehicle issues.
Residents also have access to staff with specific skills who can assist with many repair tasks. From a simple battery jump to help with diagnosing and repairing engines and transmissions. |
| Upgrades – For those ready to upgrade to a tiny-home or down-grade to a tent space we offer for a path to get there. Both the tiny-homes and the tent spaces offer the very same services, accessibility and quality of experience.
